Texas Roadhouse doesn't disappoint overall. Great atmosphere to eat lunch and dinner at. Plenty of space and seating arrangements. Servers are helpful, attentive and employees helped each other out. Great working environment. Food was great overall. The rolls alone are probably why many people go there. So soft and delicious. The cheese fries were good, but a lot of cheese for my taste. Once it gets cold, not as appetizing. The corn seemed a little over salted but the mashed potatoes with white gravy were amazing. Probably go double mashed potatoes next time. The country fried chicken was delicious. Some parts were more breading than chicken. Others a lot of chicken over breading. But what you would expect from a fried piece of chicken. I'll probably go grilled chicken next time. At least I can return and make better choices from previous experiences.

We had lunch at the Midland location and everything was outstanding from start to finish. On a busy Sunday, we were sat quickly in a clean dining room. Our server, Rose, was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We never had an empty glass and our meals came out promptly. Tables were cleared almost immediately after people left. This place is run like a well oiled machine.

This Texas Roadhouse does a great job! The service was definitely the highlight as the food was good but not as good as the service. Let’s start off with how we were seated. It was absolutely packed when I visited with my client and her family. Yet, they still were able to seat us within about 5 minutes of us being there. We were given peanuts and fresh bread right away. Our server Zac was on top of everything and couldn’t have given us a better experience especially considering how busy they were. All the food was cooked well. I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out slightly more on the medium side but it was still great and salted well. The blooming cactus was cooked well but the cheese fries were a bit gross. The cheese was just hard and caked on the fries. The rest of the food was good. I would recommend this Texas Roadhouse and will be back!

I ordered online like I have done several times on the past. When I arrived, the food was not ready and it was 7 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was waiting. When I finally got the food and got home, the cheese fries I ordered were in a container half the size as normal and had no bacon but the price was the same as larger container. The sirloin steak was overcooked. The containers of corn and gravy were just over half full when they are normal much more full. For the price paid, I just expect the food to be the same as previous visits. I also tried to talk to management by phone and was out on hold for over 10 minutes. I finally hung up with no response.

Had a fantastic steak in Midland. Perfectly cooked, boldly seasoned, and served with genuine Texas hospitality. The portions were generous, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and every bite delivered that rich, smoky flavor you hope for in a true Texas steakhouse. A simple, satisfying, and unforgettable West Texas experience.
